He is survived by: his children, Monika (Mike), Marcia (Paul), Melissa, Matthew (Becky) and Mark (Christy); his grandchildren, Alexandra (Robert), Hanson (Rachel), Cullen, Abigail, Grace and McLane; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Lyra and Edith.
