With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Jean Graff (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on February 7, 2026 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Jean Graff to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Coppedge and Margaret Fanning; and her former husband Robert G. Westefeld. She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Graff; her children, Arthur Westefeld (Holly), Kristin Woolston and Jeffery Westefeld; her sisters, Lois Tripp, Sandra Killian and Cynthia Wagner; and her stepdaughters, Suzanne Oliva (Anthony), Nancy McClutchy, Roberta Feoranzo (Frank) and Christina Graff. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to The Luckie Street Project, a licensed and registered 501 (c)(3) grassroots organization founded by Bob's daughter Christina, serving animals in need within our communities.
