Though Charles Eugene may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles Eugene leaves behind.
He is survived by: his friend Mary Frances Radolinski; his sister Debbie Engel; his brother-in-law D. C. Engel; his niece Pam Gilpin; his nephew David Engel; and his stepsisters, Lisa Kurtz and Laurie Dotson (Mike).
