He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Lee Lambrose. He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Langford, April Hedge, Angel Johnson and Amanda Lambrose; and his sister Judy Shifflett. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
