It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Lynn Minor Jr. of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Christopher departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Christopher. Though Christopher may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Minor. He is survived by: his daughter Candy R. Minor of Fredericksburg, VA; his grandsons, Christopher (Ashton) of Fredericksburg, VA, Clifton of Fredericksburg, VA, Calvin of Fredericksburg, VA and Conrad Minor of Fredericksburg, VA; and his siblings, Theodore Minor (Barbara) of Warrenton, VA, Reney Minor of Warrenton, VA and Patricia Penn of Manassas, VA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Joynes Funeral Home (29 N 3rd St, Warrenton, VA 20186).
