He was predeceased by: his nephew Dale Dickinson (Phyllis) of Fredericksburg; his wife Nancy Carneal Dickinson; his son Mark Steven Dickinson; his parents, Carl Vivian Dickinson and Fannie Bradshaw Dickinson; his brother Carl B. Dickinson; his sister-in-law Dorothy Dickinson; his sister Elinor Dickinson; and his nephew Carl M. Dickinson.
He is survived by: his children, John Curtis Dickinson (Wendy) of Powhatan, Kelly Dickinson Vincent (Marty) of Evansville and Laurence Mason Dickinson (Helen) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Cullen, Tanner, Keller Vincent of Indiana, Maggie Vincent, Anne Marie Dickinson, Hillary Dickinson and Clair Dickinson of Richmond; and his brother-in-law John Carneal.
