She was predeceased by: her father Clement Miskinis; her husband Theodore W. Heazlit, Sr.; and her siblings, Eugene Miskinis, Clement Miskinis, Marian Dudash, Lillian Miskinis and Christina Marie Miskinis.
She is survived by: her children, Theodore W. Heazlit, Jr. (Jeanette) and Cynthia Duffy (Patrick); her sister Claire Buczynski; her grandchildren, Michael Heazlit, Steven Heazlit, William Wuyek, Jr., Mark Wuyek, Thomas Wuyek and Katie Wuyek; and her great grandchildren, Mary Heazlit, Hunter Heazlit, Cameron Wuyek, Lauren Wuyek and Adelyn Wuyek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
