She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Forsythe and Bertha Forsythe of Smock, PA.; her husband Odell Roscoe Lee; her daughter Joyce Smith; and her sisters, Beryl Kasonvich and Pauline Majka.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph (Christine) of Monroe, NC, Dale (Rose) of Butler, PA, Gary (Annie) of Rio Vista, TX and Iris Jordan (Richard) of Fredericksburg, VA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and a nephew.
