She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eugene Ayers and Louise Bruce Sale Ayers; her husband Dickie; and her siblings, Evelyn Louise Ayers Parker and Everette Hap Ayers.
She is survived by: her children, James "Jamie" Matthew Kovach (Brenda) and Kimberly Dawn Kovach; her grandchildren, Jessica Kovach Newton (Jimmy), Ashley Kovach (Mark), Alyson Kovach Taylor (Joseph), Andy Smith (Maggie) and Kaitlyn Creager; her great grandchildren, Blake, Hunter, Cora, Nate, Avery, Dayton and Alex; and her sister Linda Ayers Zebrowski (Tony).
