With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Dean Stinnett Roberts of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on July 6, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Olive Claire Williams; her husband Joe Edward Roberts; her sister-in-law Anna Catherine Clement; and her niece Kelly Spencer. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie K. Newton (Chuck), Emily F. White (Kenny) and Glenn E. Roberts (Robin); her grandchildren, Benjamin Newton, Hillary Newton, John Newton (Michelle), Courtney Gossard (Andrew) and Michael Roberts (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Addyson, Emma, Landon, Erin, Evie and Clayton; her sisters, Joan Barrieault (Linwood), Elaine Spencer (Robert) and Judith Gilkerson; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Eberle (Ronnie) and Joyce Dobson.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Sylvania Heights Baptist Church, 150 Church Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
