It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Love of Fredericksburg, Virginia, born in Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on April 18, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Renis Dinkle and Lucy Naomi Cook (Sandy); her husband Ernest Love; her son Johnny; and her siblings, Donald Cook, Howard Cook and Caroline Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Peiler (Brandon) and Tate Love (Shannon); her grandsons, Stuart and Duncan Love; and her sister Jean Pittman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
