The memory of Gloria Payne (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on April 18, 2026 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Wilson and Helen A. Wilson; her husband Robert Wade Payne; and her sister Patricia Halsey Teal. She is survived by: her daughter Julie Tomarchio (Danny); her grandsons, Joshua Tomarchio and Jacob Tomarchio; and her great grandchildren, Jace Tomarchio and Skylar Tomarchio.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kingdom Baptist Church, 1717 Stafford Avenue.
