He is survived by: his mother Ann Cook; his daughter Olivia Hicks; his fiancée Rhonda Baxter; his sisters, Denise and Candace Hicks; his granddaughter Alyssa Hicks; his niece Allison Sprunger; his nephew Adrian Sprunger; his pet Rex; and his close friend Wesley Funkhouser.
