She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Fung and Ivy Chen Fung Chin; her husband Irwin; and her siblings, Phyllis, Marlene and Ronald.
She is survived by: her sisters, Beverly Chin (Yukie) and Penelope Lee (Michael); her sisters-in-law, Elaine Colletti and Geraldine Fung; her children, Lisa Yap Sam (Brian), Petina Mooney (Christopher) and Jason Cohen (Heather); her grandchildren, Jessica Chandler (Geoffrey), Rebecca Stewart (Timothy), B. Ferdinand Yap Sam, Gabrielle Yap Sam, Warner Cohen, Bay Cohen, Barron Cohen and Stern Cohen; and her great grandchild Theodore Stewart. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
