Irean leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Irean’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Irean will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie Franklyn Surles Sr.; and her son Vincent Surles. She is survived by: her children, Terri, Frank, Doug, Alice and Michael. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hollywood Church of the Brethren (225 Ferry Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22405).
