Gardner; his sons, Jeffrey Gardner (Cindy) and Mark Gardner; his grandchildren, Ashley Gardner Lettner (Andrew), Katie Gardner Courtney (Josh), Isabelle Hudson-Gardner and Addison Hudson-Gardner; his great grandchildren, Harper Courtney, Emma Lettner, Owen Courtney, Hannah Lettner and Erin Courtney; and his brother Harrell Gardner (Dorothy). He is also survived by his father, his sons, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service (1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22401).
