She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Hall and Marie Harding Hall; her husband Ralph Lowe; and her sister Marianna "Inky" Seay. She is survived by: her children, Chris Lowe (Sallie), Kelly Williams and Kasey Furrow (Matt); her siblings, Phyllis Pritchett Lamont, Alan Hall and Martha Davenport; her grandchildren, Richard "Ross" Haley of Ohio, Trae Jett (Alaina), Carter and Madison Furrow; and her great grandchildren, Aubree Jett and Olivia Haley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
