She was predeceased by: her husband Ron Failor of Hagerstown Maryland; her parents, Leo Champagne and Gertrude Champagne; and her siblings, John, Mark and Mary.
She is survived by: her brother Paul Champagne (Penny); her children, Michael Failor (Sharon), Linda Norman (Doug), James Failor (Beverly) and Mark Failor (Shannon); her grandchildren, Krysta Norman, Kellyn May, Kenneth, Katlyn Hill, Russell, Kensey Awad, Jason, Sydney Failor, Brian Failor, Skylar Failor, Madison Failor, Meghan Failor and Zachary Failor; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn May, Vivian May, Tenny Jean Hill and Della Ruth Hill.
