We are sad to announce that, on April 26, 2023, at the age of 84, Joyce Ann Kemp (Fredericksburg, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Paul E. Kemp; and her children, Valerie Einwechter (Thomas) and Brian Maddox (Pamela). She is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
