She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Eveler and Hester Eveler (Kelly); and her brother Bernie Eveler. She is survived by: her husband Captain Roger Lee Miller; her children, Brett Andrew Miller (Charlotte Edelen) of Reston, VA and Kelly Miller Reed (Anthony) of Arlington, VA; her grandsons, Nolan and Braden Reed; her sister-in-law Jamie Eveler; her nieces and nephews, Jesse, Tom and Luke; and her siblings-in-law, Pat (Miller) Mandlove (Bill) and Greg Miller. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Covenant Funeral Service - Fredericksburg (10830 Patriot Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Judy's memory to the American Cancer Society, the Fredericksburg Area Foodbank, the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, or a charity of your choice.
