He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Scott Plummer, Sr. and Kimberley Plummer (Soehner) of West Leechburg; his children, Jensen Plummer of New Kensington and Elijah Plummer of Fredericksburg, VA; his siblings, Kyle and Katelyn Plummer of West Leechburg; his fiancée Sabrina Nicole Frye of Fredericksburg, VA; his fiancée's child Kobe; Mike and Rosalie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
