She is survived by: her parents, Juanita Pitchford and Robert Pitchford; her daughter Ivy Victoria Bell; her husband James Bell; her siblings, Aliya Robinson, Malina Abbott, Robert Pitchford, Jr. and Juanita Pitchford; and her nieces and nephews, Kaiyla, Robert III, Jeremy Jr., Raquel, Rakaiya and Joy. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
Viewing was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 9:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (525 Princess Anne St, Fredericksburg, VA 22401). A burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Laurel Hill Memorial Park (10127 Plank Rd, Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA 22553).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juanita Pitchford Scholarship Fund at Shiloh Baptist Church Old Site in honor of her mother or the Lupus Foundation of America in her memory.
