She was predeceased by: her mother Olivia R. Hamlett; her husband Robert L. James; her father Charles "Martin" Hamlett; and her brothers, John, Charles (Pete) and Dillard Hamlett (Buddy).
She is survived by: her children, Gary James (Loretta) and Doreen Flint (Mike); her grandchildren, Casey Luck (Adam), Will Knight, Taylor James and Dalton James; her great grandchildren, Austin Luck and Kennedy Luck; her great great grandchild Vivien Luck; and her sister Nancy Southern. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
