We announce the death of Lucy B. Pritchett (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on June 10, 2026, at the age of 79. Lucy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Harry T Pritchett; her former husband Henry A Diehr; her parents, Thomas Blankenbaker Sr. and Mauricette Herbecq; her sister Marie Blankenbaker; and her half-brother Steve Blankenbaker.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Diehr (Lori) and David Pritchett (Maria Denmark); her grandchildren, Lindsey, Sarah, Gabriel, Rachel and Lydia; her great grandchild James; her brothers, Bo (Judy Blankenbaker), Jerry (Vicky Blankenbaker) and Roy (Barbara Blankenbaker); and her half-brothers, TJ and Ricky Blankenbaker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Zoe Freedom Center (4107 Lafayette Blvd Suite 4 Fredericksburg, VA 22408) reflecting a ministry that is near and dear to Lucy's heart.
