He is survived by: his parents, Terry Payne and Linda Payne of Fredericksburg, VA; his daughter RaeAnne N. Hill; his granddaughter Tiana Rayne Baber-Hill (Austin) of Palmyra, VA; his sister Brandi N. Barksdale (James); his nieces, Laighla N. Haskins of Richmond, VA and Leigh Ann Barksdale of Richmond, VA; and his fiancée Angela Allision. He is also survived by several cousins; and a host of other relatives, and friends.
