He was predeceased by: his son Norman L. McCullough, Jr.; and his grandson Christopher Vines. He is survived by: his wife BJ McCullough; his daughters, Cynthia Vines (Wil) and Sharon McCullough; and his granddaughters, Courtney Hamm (Frisco) and Carmen James (Steven). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and sister's-in-law, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society, Ronald McDonald House, or to Doctors Without Borders.
