It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Minor of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on April 30, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Minor, Moneka McBrayer, LaTosha McBrayer, Jessica McBrayer, Meghan McBrayer, Robert McBrayer and James McBrayer. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
