He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lloyd and Marjorie Perkins. He is survived by: his parents, Steve Perkins (Lisa) and Robin Houchin (Steve); his grandparents, Charles and Sumiko Wilson; and his siblings, Haley Mitchell (Kameron) and Samuel Houchin (Kenzie). He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
