He is survived by: his wife Laura Myse; his daughters, Suzanne Melinsky (Ray), Jennifer Richardson (Dave) and Kendra Kennedy (AJ Estep); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Ariana, Anton, Kyle (Erika), Ryan, Julia, Ella and Aiden; his great grandchild Sophia; his brothers-in-law, Matt King (Michelle), Joe King (Julie) and Jon King (Patty); his nieces and nephews, Colin, Caitlin, Mary Claire, Kelsey, Stuart, English and Ralston; his great-nephews, Miles, Luke, Woods and Hayes; and his cousin Steve Young (Ann).
