He is survived by: his children, Robert Smith, Jr., Barbara Jean Buckner, Michael Smith and Terry Smith; and his siblings, James E. Smith, Doug Whitmore, Carolyn Lloyd and Judy Hamilton. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
