He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Marie (Fox) and Eugene Andrew Fulk; his former wife Barbara Campbell Fulk; and his son Robbie. He is survived by: his wife Debra Fulk of Fredericksburg; his grandchildren, Jamina of Chesterfield, VA., Jamar Gary of Chesterfield, VA. and Tre Butler of Chesterfield, VA.; and his daughters, Leslie George (Dan) of Northfield, IL and Libby Rausch (Mark) of Plymouth, MN..
