He was predeceased by: his wife Gwendolyn; his parents, Irene Barrier Brown and Gilbert Thomas; and his siblings, Antwan Foreman, Edward Darmon and Tina Foreman.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Barrier, Jr. and Chantel Johnson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
