He was predeceased by: his parents, Wertley Dahl and Doris Purcell Dahl; his brothers, Raymond and Donald; and his sibling-in-law Lee Bramlett.

He is survived by: his cousin Kerry Childers (Donald); his nephews, Raymond Jr., Kenneth, David, Douglas and Gary; his niece Cindy; and his friends, Stephanie Willim-Ostmann, Eileen Bowe and Lisa James.
