He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Means (Matt Zuczek) and Monique McDonough (Greg); his grandchildren, Benjamin Zuczek, Sasha McDonough and Simone McDonough; his girlfriend Paula Scalph; and his girlfriend's children, Derwin Scalph, Kelly Scalph and Dana Crosley (Brett). He is also survived by his family, military comrades, Masonic brothers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
