He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Seitz and Wayne Russell Decatur; and his grandmother Dorothy Seitz. He is survived by: his children, Jacob, Brandon and Cassidy; and his siblings, Patrick (Susan), Larry (Michelle), Kimberly (Terry) and Tiffany. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Agape Life Service Funeral Home (2105 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22401).
