He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Ronnie Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sullivan; and his children, Penny Wallace, Lewis Sullivan (Sara), Wayne Sullivan (Kim), Jerry Sullivan (Michelle), Chris Sullivan (Tammi) and Shannon Burgess (Frank). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Covenant Funeral Service (10830 Patriot Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408). The inurnment was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (3702 Loren Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22408).
