He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dillard and Marie Dillard; his brothers, James Anderson Dillard and Wharton Hawthorne Dillard (Indie Mae); his sister-in-law Lucy Pearl Wyche Dillard; and his siblings' children, Marion Zelvina Dillard Simon and Ronald Lenell Dillard.
He is survived by: his former spouse Jean Dillard; his children, Brian Dillard and Noel Dillard; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Dillard; his grandchildren, Jayden Dillard, Kaylee Dillard and Justin Dillard; his siblings, Robert Cleo Dillard, Thomas Lee Dillard (Brenda), Marvin Clinton Dillard (Robin) and Marion Verniece Spraggins (Maurice); and his sister-in-law Audrey Taylor Dillard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
