He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Bobbitt Smyth, Sr. of Fries, Virginia; his children, Christopher Paul Smyth III, Harmony Marie Smyth, Brooklyn Nicole Smyth and Madison Jade Smyth; his brother Jacob Lee Smyth of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; his grandfather William Bobbitt; and the mother of his children Lisa Smyth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
