We bid farewell to Joseph E. Soles of Fries, Virginia, born in Whiteville, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 5, 2025 at the age of 74. Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He is survived by: his wife Linda Soles; his sister Peggy Shaw; his brother-in-law Virgil Shaw; his niece Roxanne Pemberton; his son-in-law David Pemberton; his son Steven J. Paul; his stepdaughter Carol Cornell; and his son-in-law Dennis Cornell. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
