He was predeceased by: his parents, William Samuel "Bill" Williams and Mary Eve Littrell Williams; his son Mickey "Rooster" Williams; and his sister Sandra Irvin. He is survived by: his spouse Robin Hiltwine Williams; his sons, Timothy Williams (Melody) and Bill Williams (Dusty); his stepchildren, Heather Wilson and Leigh Hiltwine; and his sisters, Sue Davis and Bonnie Hendrix (Gary). He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandchild; and many neighborhood children.
