She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Joseph Owens Jr. and Cora Mae Nickens Owens; and her brother Henry Joseph "Ace" Owens III. She is survived by: her husband Burkley A. Turner; her daughters, LaTaunya Washington of South Chesterfield, Virginia and LaTasha Washington-Anderson (Maurice Anderson) of South Chesterfield, Virginia; her stepchildren, Tanya Turner of Winchester, Virginia and Antonio Coates of Leesburg, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Sierra, Jaron, Chelsea, Dayziah, Jada, Nia and Dayzahun; and her great grandchildren, Marlo, Marsai, Jakai, Malania and Remi.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Front Royal United Methodist Church (1 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
