She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dodson and Helen Hall Dodson; and her significant other Basil C. Hudson Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Annie Nicewarner of Front Royal and William Dodson of Louisburg, Kansas; her children, Basil "Buddy" Carroll Hudson III (Tana) of Frederick County, Virginia, Deborah Hudson Langfitt (David) of Front Royal and Melissa Hudson Grove (Ernest) of Front Royal; and her grandchildren, Dr. Allison Spargo, Chase Grove, Korinne Zaino, Alex Hannigan and Ryan Hudson. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
