Rose; her stepdaughter Heather Phillips; her grandchildren, Brayden Wakely and Aubrey Wakely; and her stepgrandchildren, Jamie Sponsler and Stormi Andrews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Comfort Cemetery (6600 S Kings Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22306).
