She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Tilden and Caroline Haller Tilden; her husband Howell Randolph Neitzey; her son Stephen Andrew Neitzey; and her brother Robert Tilden.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Panorama Memorial Gardens (4917 Strasburg Rd, Strasburg, VA 22657).
