She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edwin Winfield "Ned" Bowen; her sisters, Frances Cloyd and Doris Stamer; her grandchildren, Robert Winfield Bowen of Arlington and Virginia; her granddaughter-in-law Dayna; her daughter Ella (Catherine Brough "Katie" Rottinghaus); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Edwin, Emmett, Mary Emmaline and Evangeline; and her parents, Foster Blaine and Nena Mary Wright (Frogge).
A reception will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Front Royal United Methodist Church (1 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630).
