He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Ruffner; and his siblings, Chuck Ruffner and Missy Ruffner Jenkins. He is survived by: his mother Kaye M. Ruffner Sealock of Front Royal; his daughter Carleigh Ruffner of Culpeper; his brother Jody Ruffner (Christine) of Front Royal; and his stepsister Nancy Wille of Missouri. He is also survived by his family and numerous friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
