He was predeceased by: his parents, Winton Oscar Evenson and Julia Davis Sowers Evenson. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Evenson; his pet Bentley Oscar Evenson; his daughters, Stephanie Chancy (Eric) of Apex and Julie Hein of Bartlett; his sisters, Paige Evenson Doyle of Murrells Inlet and Lynn Evenson Urban of Front Royal, Virginia; and his grandsons, Andrew Chancy of Jacob Chancy, J. D and Gabriel Hein.
