He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lukowski and Josephine Cataldi Lukowski. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Young Lukowski; his children, Kevin Lukowski (Xiomara) and Megan Lukowski-Low (William); his siblings, William Lukowski, Debbie Blank (Nelson), Janice Vincelette (Charles) and Rita Crowley (Michael); his sister-in-law Marcia Lukowski; and his grandchildren, James, Julia Claire, Charles and Basil Low.
