She is survived by: her husband Charlie Llewellyn; her son Matthew (Molly); her grandchildren, Kinley and Keaton Llewellyn; her son Michael; her brother Robbie Atkins (Vickie); and her cousin Donna Knox. She is also survived by brothers and sister in-laws; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Samuels Public Library, The Humane Society of Warren County or St. Luke's Community Clinic.
