He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Dunn and Albert Chappell; and his wife Celeste Pearson Chappell. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Chappell and Donnie Chappell (Amber); his sisters, Sarah Chappell and Geraldine Chappell; and his grandchildren, Buckett (Matt), Trenton, Lexi (Mark) and Tater (Trey).
